Unsatisfied?

Write an email with a clear and complete description of the problem to info@elegansia-service.com. Within 14 days of receipt, the entrepreneur will respond to the complaint itself or only confirm receipt with an indication of when the customer can expect a response. This is in any case within four weeks after confirmation.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which Elegánsia Accessoires is affiliated. They will then mediate.
